Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Technician to deliver comprehensive L1–L3 support across our data centre organisation, ensuring smooth operation of devices, applications, and cloud services. This role is essential in maintaining reliable IT operations, supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and ensuring secure, compliant user management while enabling senior engineers to focus on strategic and infrastructure-level initiatives.
