What you’ll be doing: The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct health care services to patients presenting with a wide variety of complex addictions and mental health issues. Working within scope of practice, you will perform physical, addiction, and mental status assessments; refer patients to the physician for further examination; and administer prescribed treatments and medications. You will observe, monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, symptoms, and behavioural changes, and perform a variety of health care interventions.
