We're looking for a proactive individual to join our dynamic team and manage this unique resident facility. Location: EC1V: Annual Salary: £31,932: Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 11am-11pm What You'll Be Doing: Lounge Host: Managing the residents lounge area where the club desk is situated. Taking payments, stock taking, serving variety of drinks and overall management of the Club Lounge. Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
