As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: - Building the marketing mix: assortment, Price, promo and Product animation standing market developments, customer expectations & purchase behavior and analyzing competition. - Scout and manage new launches and new brands with a full lead of 360° plan (in store set up, price, promotion, communication) - Coordinate & support the other departments in the implementation of the strategy through clear sales guidelines - Develop animations bringing innovation and local big ideas to differentiate within the market - Establish trust relationships and co-create strategy with brands - Piloting brands Sell-in, Sell-out and stock in monthly forecast per brand according to Négociation team guidelines, Supply Chain and Finance - Negotiate with the suppliers and create trust relat...
