Job Summary: Administers the compensation program of the organization. Generates reports as needed by different departments and completes surveys for various entities. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: - Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required - Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business administration: Preferred - Three years' relevant experience: Preferred Essential Functions: - Audits compensation data to ensure accuracy of input according to compensation changes. - Makes viable recommendations for changes within the wage structure and salary grades, which are reflective of community trends. - Distributes updates, wage book or compensation data sources to appropriate r...
