Manager, Commercial Operations Position Summary: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM 100% onsite Catalent’s Baltimore/Harmans, MD (BWI) site is a leading facility supporting gene therapy development and manufacturing, with capabilities spanning early development through clinical and commercial production. The site works with a range of biotech and pharmaceutical partners across advanced biologics, including viral vectors and complex therapies. The Manager, Commercial Operations is responsible for leading the transition of client programs following contract execution, serving as the primary business contact for assigned portfolios and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient delivery and a seamless client experience.
