Ken Garner Manufacturing is seeking a Prep for Paint / Body Technician to join our team in one of our production locations in Chattanooga, TN or Rural Hall, NC or Victoria, Texas. As a manufacturer of high tonnage deep-drawn parts, finished steel weldments, and counterweights for Heavy Equipment and Mobile Cranes for OEMs in heavy industries, we are looking for someone with experience in the machinery industry to join us. As a Prep for Paint / Body Technician, you will be responsible for preparing the equipment components that require painting and touch-up for finishing. You will also be responsible for applying topcoat to the equipment as necessary. This role is essential to the successful manufacture of our products and the candidate we are seeking must be detail-oriented, quality-minded, and comfortable working in a team environment.
