Job Summary: The duties involved in the Training Instructor position primarily involve the development and presentation of basic heavy equipment training courses for company product lines for distributors, customers, and Manitowoc employees. This role will also manage and contribute to multiple projects related to the training department and will maintain all related records and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Training and Instruction - Deliver, develop, and implement basic level crane training including trouble shooting, operational, safety, and maintenance modules. - Conduct classroom training sessions for technicians and crane specialist in different locations throughout the United States and other parts of the world. - Assess students’ performance in the classroom and provide feedback and results from their performance. - Create and upload training content to the training website. - Project Management - Manage the schedule, logistics, and maintenance of the Mobile Training and Technology center. - Use new technological tools to create, improve, and translate the curriculum. - Be involved in the strategic plan of training the newly hired technicians and support the growth of th...
