POSITION SUMMARY: As a Video Designer you will play a supporting role by working alongside creative teams to brainstorm and produce a variety of educational video series including but not limited to creating title openers, on-screen graphics, and other visual elements before putting designs to motion. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with all video segment members - Create detailed design themes for educational video series - Create openers, illustrations, and other visuals to be used in short, educational videos - Produce and exporting motion graphics files to allow other production personnel to insert into digital content - Organize motion graphics files on the network to be accessible team members and quality control - Meet deadlines - Stay current in the world of graphic design and motion graphics as well as video production - Assist Video Design Supervisor with special tasks or projects as needed - Fulfill acting roles as interest, workloads, casting fit, and opportunity align REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: An applicant for a position in the Bob Jones University group — Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy or BJU Press — must be a born-again...
