As part of our Data Platforms team, you will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to ensure high availability, security, and performance across on-premise SQL Servers and Azure SQL Managed Instances. This is an on-site position in Copenhagen with minimal travel expectations. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems. Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and configuration adjustments. Manage and maintain SQL Server (2019–2022) and Azure SQL Managed Instances for high availability and security. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to automate provisioning, deployments, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines. Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance measures.
