HR Generalist

Overview The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day HR and Benefits activities related to Praxis’s plant operations working closely with supervision and management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits design and implementation, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, documentation and recordkeeping. The role will administer various HR plans & procedures for all company personnel, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and handbooks. The role is also a critical backup to the other functional roles within the HR Department Responsibilities: Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Praxis Packaging Solutions. - Collaborates with benefits broker on employee benefits issues. - Coordinates review and implementation of benefits plan design changes. - Research and offer advice on HR issues, policy changes, procedure changes, etc. - In concert with the HR Leadership Team, develops and reinforces employment-related policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook. - Aids in the implementati...
