Work cooperatively with Northwest Health Services providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates to carry out the goals and objectives of NHS according to governing body requirements and established internal policies and procedures. 2. Will treat others respectfully whether it is a patient, fellow employee, member of management, customer, vendor or visitor to our premises. 3. Provide preventive and primary health care services to patients within scope of licensure and training, collaborative practice agreement and Northwest Health Services credentialing and privileging policies. 4. Complete medical records accurately and timely. 5. Code services and diagnoses correctly. 6. Participate in Northwest Health Services quality improvement activities, including peer review. 7. Participate in Northwest Health Services community health improvement initiatives. 8. Participate in Northwest Health Services scheduled provider staff meetings. 9.
