SUMMARY: As a Relief/Backup Supervisor for Pacific Aviation, you will support the supervision of a team of customer service agents and step into a leadership role when needed. You will be responsible for helping ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service, supporting the reporting and verification of flight actions, and ensuring all operational and safety procedures are followed. This position reports directly to the Station Manager.
