As an NDIS Youth Assistant , you will: - Deliver engaging group and 1:1 training to build skills and confidence - Support participants to achieve employment, independence, and social goals - Create and tailor workshops to suit diverse learning needs - Provide end-to-end support including training, workplace, and community activities - Work closely with Youth and Workplace Consultants to support participant progress About you: You’re passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive.
