Position Summary: Responsible for the development of maintenance and construction contracts in Gas Operations. Works closely with key gas operations departments and key functions including project management, engineering, legal, sourcing and others to ensure that all contracts for projects are complete, enforceable, and accurately reflect all general and project-specific conditions. Engaged in project needs scoping and the selection of contract strategy and vendor. Develops contract scopes of work, bid forms and bid packages.
