About the job Are you eager to take a new opportunity? Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career? . We are looking for an Aerodynamics Surface Designer to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Aerodynamics Aeroacoustic, Vehicle Thermal Development. You will be responsible to create CAD geometries for analysis in CFD/Wind Tunnel/Track. You will: - Work closely with the aerodynamicists to prepare high quality CAD models for CFD, wind tunnel and track tests: - Support aerodynamics development process checking and comparing surfaces coming from designers - Support aerodynamics development generating new surfaces under the guidance of aerodynamics performance engineers - Support Benchmark actvitities with preparation of high quality cad of scanned 3D vehicles - Liaise with the Protoshop teams to support the preparation and assembly of prototype model components, and help to ensure that the wind tunnel models is accurate and of high quality. - Develop workflow automation tools. - Interface with suppliers for the manifacturing of 3d models - Take ownership of CAD model quality and metho...
