We're growing fast — scaling from a lean startup into a high-volume production operation with tens of thousands of robots produced annually. Our Glen Cove facility is the operational heart of that ambition, and we're building it to last. About the Role: This role is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Glen Cove, NY. We're hiring a Facilities Manager to own the physical infrastructure of our primary manufacturing campus. This is a foundational role as we scale from a multi-thousand to a 100,000+ sq ft operation with 200+ employees across production, engineering, and corporate functions. You'll be responsible for the full facilities lifecycle — from day-to-day maintenance and safety compliance to long-range capacity planning as we bring advanced manufacturing processes in-house, including CNC machining, surface finishing and painting, and potentially molten metal casting.
