Hourly Pay Range: $20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Staffing Coordinator - Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL - Part time- 20hrs - Hours: 7am-3:30pm; 3pm-11:30pm, 2 weekend shifts in a 6 weeks schedule; One summer and one winter holiday - Required Travel: No What you will do: - Reporting to the Director, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for assessing and changing daily schedules as needed. Facilitates maintenance of complete schedules and resolves daily staffing challenges through the use of advanced scheduling software. Responsible for tracking and updating employee demographics including skills, certifications, point of care testing (POCT) and departmental data associated with staffing.
