Preferred qualifications: - Internship, educational background, or foundational experience in digital marketing or TV, in an advertising agency environment. Experience with the AdTech ecosystem or programmatic buying. - Foundational understanding of data analysis, with the ability to monitor key metrics and derive straightforward, actionable insights from spreadsheets or campaign dashboards. - Ability to work in a collaborative role and environment. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Desire to learn and master digital marketing technologies, specifically programmatic platforms.
