We are seeking Director, Global Head of Strategic Sourcing (Strategic Procurement) to join IQVIA Laboratories at Durham, NC. In this senior leadership role, you will direct all aspects of global Strategic Sourcing for IQVIA Laboratories, overseeing approximately $600M in annual third‑party spend across a diverse network of more than 1,000 vendors, with a strategic focus on a core portfolio of roughly 50–60 high‑value partners operating across multiple laboratory locations and geographies. You will lead a small, high‑impact team to continue moving the maturity of the function from a predominantly savings‑driven sourcing model into value-based model, with embedded governance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to maximizes value, mitigates risk, and support top and bottom line growth for the Laboratory business.
