Position Summary: The Facility Coordinator supports the daily facility operations, security functions, and janitorial services across the assigned facilities. This role manages work orders, vendor management, while assisting with budget tracking, reporting, and overall workplace support. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility service requests, work orders, and service inquiries. Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor activity. Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify maintenance, safety, and janitorial issues.
