Description Position: Site Superintendent II: Reports To: Construction Manager – Field Operations Department: D19 – Field Construction: FLSA Status: Exempt: Job Summary: The Site Superintendent [I/II/III] is responsible for leading field construction operations for SC Swiderski’s single and multi-family residential construction projects. Working in tight partnership with our Construction Project Managers , this position ensures construction excellence through effective supervision of field teams, coordination of subcontractors, adherence to safety and quality standards, and on-time, on-budget project delivery. As employees progress through levels I, II & III, they assume increasing independence, technical competency, and leadership responsibility in managing construction sites, mentoring team members, and representing SC Swiderski’s standards of quality and integrity.
