Singleton Construction is seeking a high-performing, experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Large Projects Division. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute to the success of our Banking and Retail Programs. Responsibilities: · Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects across multiple sites. · Assist with project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. · Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations. · Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. · Manage documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. · Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
