We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant - HYBRID to join our team in Arlington, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities: - Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities aligned to project milestones, deployment phases and go-live activities. - Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness and support needs by role, location and level of impact. - Partner with change management and training teams to define communication and learning needs that support adoption and sustained use. - Contribute to the development of targeted communications and engagement materials, including stakeholder updates, FAQs, change impact summaries and go-live support content. - Develop and maintain identity access management (IAM) specific change and enablement materials, including access change explanations, role impacts and go‑live readiness content. - Translate technical and process changes into clear, actionable...
