You’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Reward, Global Mobility and other key teams to ensure compliance, shape best‑practice processes and provide expert advisory support. With hands‑on responsibility for the UK and oversight of our international banners, you’ll play a central role in guiding policy, supporting major projects and managing HMRC interactions across a varied and impactful remit.
