Summary: The Production Floater is responsible for supporting all phases of production operations by setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery to meet customer and quality specifications. This role requires the ability to read and interpret construction and customer requirement sheets, perform basic mathematical calculations, and proactively identify and report quality issues.
