Position: Trial Attorney Location: Florida: _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview: If you possess a strong work ethic and want to work as a trial attorney for our Florida Offices, this may be the opportunity for you! Job Requirements: - This position requires a Florida bar license in good standing - A minimum of JD from an ABA approved law school - A minimum of 8+ years of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, construction defect and/or insurance defense litigation. - Trial experience is required . 1st chair or 2nd chair experience. - Previous experience should include managing up to 30 cases at once, taking and defending depositions, appearance in court, motion, and discovery drafting; mediation and trial experience a huge plus; experience mentoring junior Associates a huge plus - Computer skills: Has basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software; the use of Microsoft products is preferred.
