PSE's Transformation & Strategy Enablement team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Enterprise Performance Consultant position! Job Description: Puget Sound Energy’s Transformation, Strategy & Enablement (TSE) team is seeking an Enterprise Performance Consultant to develop advanced analytics, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across the business. This role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, create analytical models, and build minimum viable product (MVP) solutions that can be refined through iterative development. The consultant will maintain a suite of 25+ Power BI/Fabric dashboards, guide KPI design and visualization standards, and support data integrations across PSE’s architecture—including APIs and data sources such as SAP BW/BI, flat files, and Data Lake environments.
