Summary As a Research Compliance Associate for the Research Conflict of Interest (RCOI) Office, you will provide research conflict of interest compliance reviews, monitoring of Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) and Institutional Conflict of Interest (ICOI) management plans, and support to the RCOI and committee with reporting these reviews on a monthly basis. This position ensures that BCM staff and investigators are in compliance with Public Health Service (PHS) regulations as well as other federal regulations related to the management of Financial Conflicts of Interests in Research and is designed to promote objectivity in research. Job Duties: - Assists the Director of Research Compliance with complex protocol, proposal, and Significant Financial Interest (SFI) reviews. - Provides guidance and coordination regarding regulatory requirements for managing Research Conflicts of Interest (RCOI). - Serves as an Office of Research (OOR) contact for investigators and staff navigating the Disclosure of Outside Interests Tool for SFI reporting. - Delivers customer service and regulatory guidance to investigators regarding SFI reviews, management plan adherence, and compliance inquirie...
