Overview We are looking for a Diesel Fleet Mechanic for our Tampa, FL Maintenance Shop. Starting pay is $26.00 - $34.65 per hour depending on experience. Up to an additional $4.00 / hour in certification pay available. Details discussed during the interview. This position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly attendance bonus. The Truck Mechanic is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance and repair of various types of mobile equipment in the Company’s shop or on public roadways as necessary and maximizes equipment availability through the use of efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs. This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally-sound maintenance activities.
