Job Summary: Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) aspects of Lancaster operations to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and conformance with Arconic’s EHS Policy. Champion a culture that is aligned with Company EHS goals and objectives, with continuous improvement in plant incidents, with reductions in frequency as well as severity. A valued member of the Plant Lead Team in driving overall business strategy achievement.
