Arizona Fall League - Team Operations Coordinator

Job description

This position oversees one of the six Arizona Fall League teams and stadium. Individual interacts with all stakeholders connected to the Arizona Fall League. Including but not limited to: fans, stadium staff, field staff, MLB affiliate clubs and staff of the Commissioner’s office. Responsibilities: - Coordinate staff/player travel - Provide daily updates on player medicals/availability/roster constraints - Coordinate team workouts with field manager and grounds crew. - Assist communications team with media requests - Prepare daily lineups/rosters for distribution - Monitor and supervise all stadium operations and fan experience - Update and monitor all PA announcements - Travel with the team for road games and assist home team coordinator - Execute all autograph requests for team/league related initiatives - Accompany/assist players with all community related appearances - Perform other duties/tasks as assigned - Facilitates adherence to all health and safety protocols Qualifications & Skills: - Must be a college graduate - Strong written and oral communication skills - Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates preferred - Participation in athletics at the collegiate/professional le...
