We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team, reporting to the Head of Business Development for North America. In this role, you'll receive hands-on sales coaching while supporting our growth in private capital markets, with the goal of moving into a quota-bearing sales role at Nasdaq. You'll fit right in if you're curious, eager to learn, and energized by building relationships with senior executives. This is a great opportunity to build the foundation for a successful sales career in fintech. What You'll Do: - Support the senior sales team to identify and pursue key growth opportunities. - Develop expertise in Nasdaq's Private Fund Solutions and share insights with clients and prospects. - Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos. - Monitor capital markets trends and build deep knowledge of private markets and investor relations. - Manage outbound campaigns across the region and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
