POSITION OVERVIEW: The Regional Loss Prevention (LP) Manager plays a critical role in protecting Guitar Center’s people, property, and profits by implementing and executing strategic loss prevention, safety, and investigative programs across multiple retail locations. This leader is responsible for delivering measurable shrink reduction, operational compliance, and cultural adoption of LP standards while actively partnering with Field Leadership to build a secure, safety-first retail environment. This position directly supports the field by identifying risk, leading investigations, training teams, and ensuring every store operates with integrity and consistency. As an internal-facing role, it serves as a key bridge between corporate loss prevention strategy and field execution.
