What success looks like in this role: Provides l e adership, direction, and coaching to a multidisciplinary team of database administrators, data engineers, and reporting analysts. Establishes and maintains non‑production database, data pipeline, and reporting test environments ." Partners with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand data platform requirements, data consumption needs, and analytical use cases. Collaborates with project and program managers to ensure team priorities align with broader data, application, and enterprise initiatives.
