As a Claim Operations Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in protecting members and the credit union by managing fraud, dispute, and claim closeouts with accuracy, compliance, and care. Your work directly supports member trust, financial integrity, and operational risk mitigation. What You’ll Do (Your Impact): - Evaluate, investigate, and resolve debit and credit card fraud and dispute claims in accordance with regulatory requirements and credit union guidelines. - Communicate proactively with members, processors, and internal teams to provide clear updates on claim status, timelines, and next steps. - Ensure all claim-related documentation, account adjustments, and communications are accurate, timely, and compliant. - Reconcile general ledger and processor activity, researching and correcting discrepancies to ensure clean balancing and audit readiness. - Complete bond claim reporting accurately and within established timelines. - Handle complex or sensitive member interactions with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Collabora...
