ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements: - Design, manage, and optimize customer journey flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and implement solutions. - Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of user issues. - Conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and user competency. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Salesforce platform. - Partner with the commercial team to translate business objectives into effective Salesforce journey solutions. - Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.
