The Senior Maintenance Director role is pivotal leader to each west coast community's success. AVE is seeking a Senior Maintenance Director who is hands-on and leads by example. The ideal candidate thrives on a fast-paced and diversified operation. This position will be responsible for guiding, training, and leading the onsite West Coast Maintenance teams. This position will be based onsite in the Phoenix or Paradise Valley area. Flexibility to travel to all AVE west coast properties in Arizona and California is required (travel may be for multiple consecutive weeks at a time). Travel area subject to change based on growth and operational need.
