Your mission is to identify and resolve mechanical or aesthetic issues before a guest ever checks in, ensuring every room is truly "perfect." Key Responsibilities: - Preventative Maintenance: Establish and execute a rigorous maintenance schedule for guest rooms, including painting, sheetrock repair, and general mechanical fixes. - Documentation & Tracking: Utilize HOTSOS to log issues, track timelines for repairs, and maintain accurate records of all completed work. - Inventory Control: Assist in managing maintenance supply levels and maintaining an organized workspace. - Collaborative Logistics: Coordinate repair efforts with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless room availability. - Quality Assurance: Maintain process documentation to ensure all repairs meet resort-standard techniques and safety protocols.
