What you’ll do: Helping to support strategy development across Operations in Portugal , you’ll be responsible for: translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities, driving performance and people development across teams, leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. You’ll also collaborate closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams, contribute to global HR strategy discussions, and take ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will champion the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization.
