⠀ The Senior Manager, Data Governance & Excellence is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise data governance framework, data quality practices, and data enablement initiatives. This role drives accountability for data across business domains, ensuring data is trusted, consistent, and compliant. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the Senior Manager enables effective data management practices that support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Description: Data Governance Framework & Execution: - Lead the implementation and evolution of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and processes (e.g., metadata, access, classification, retention) - Establish and operationalize data ownership and stewardship models across domains - Maintain enterprise data definitions, glossary, and taxonomy to ensure consistency of KPIs and reporting - Lead governance forums (e.g., Data Council, stewardship community) and drive adherence to standards - Ensure alignment with privacy, legal, and security requirements - Support integration of governance into enterprise processes and transformation initia...
