You Owned Your Territory. Now Own Your Pipeline. You had a route. You knew every store manager by name. You fought for shelf space, fixed wonky displays, negotiated floor placement, and made sure your product was where it needed to be -- every week, in every store. You know what it looks like when in-store execution breaks down. You've seen the out-of-stocks, the planogram non-compliance, the missed resets.
