SUMMARY OF THE JOB: The Event and Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional marketing programs and projects that support brand, growth, and engagement objectives. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring each task of initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand to a high standard of quality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manages the project plans, tracking, reporting, execution, and optimization of marketing programs and events, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
