JOB DESCRIPTION: About the Role Abbott Diabetes Care is committed to improving the lives of people with diabetes through advanced digital solutions and data-driven insights. We are looking for a Data Management Specialist who will support the implementation of our digital ecosystem across Healthcare Institutions (HCI’s) in the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure successful installation of ADC software solutions, act as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals, and collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams to optimize patient experience and digital adoption. Primary Responsibilities: Installation & Technical Support: - Install ADC software packages at customer sites and ensure compatibility with local IT environments. - Support software configuration, define users and access rights, and advise on optimal system settings. - Conduct proactive and reactive on-site technical interventions, including maintenance and troubleshooting. - Translate local technical challenges into actionable insights for global teams and support the adaptation of solutions to local needs.
