Requirements: The Role: We're looking for a highly organised and proactive operations professional to support the smooth running of our business across multiple functions. This is a varied role at the heart of the organisation, working closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and the Leadership Team to keep workflows moving and ensure our clients and consultants are well supported. A core part of the role involves sales operations and reporting. You'll be responsible for producing weekly client reports and project updates, supporting pipeline tracking and forecasting, and administering our CRM to maintain data quality, dashboards, and reporting accuracy.
