Job Description Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Manager, Marketing Services to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of ICG’s content marketing strategy for IngramSpark. You will define the editorial vision and oversee the planning, creation and distribution of content that engages independent authors, builds brand authority, and supports audience growth. As Manager, Marketing Services, you will create and lead high-performing content strategies that enhance customer acquisition, strengthen customer communications, and drive engagement rates across organic content and social media channels. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget, while also leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of marketing specialists and managers to foster a high-performing, results-driven environment.
