Summary The Department of Pathology & Immunology and Molecular & Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine, in partnership with Texas Children’s Hospital, is seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations to support our research faculty and teams. The Coordinator, Business Operations plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating calendars and meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with a variety of operational tasks. This position helps ensure a smooth workflow across research programs and contributes to keeping teams organized, efficient, and productive. Job Duties: - Provides general administrative and operational support to Faculty and Staff. - Manages calendars and schedule meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials. - Monitors and reconciles departmental and faculty accounts to track expenses accurately. - Processes travel requests, expense reports, and financial transactions in accordance with institutional guidelines. - Submits and track purchase orders in Jaggaer to ensure timely procurement . - Assists with special projects, tracking tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion. - Maintains accura...
