To expand our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist either Croatian or Polish speaking in Gdansk (Poland) or working remotely from Poland starting immediately. Your Role in our team: - No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline. - You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies. - You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment. - You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist. - You provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers. - You collaborate closely with our international teams. - To continuously improve internal processes and customer exp...
