SUMMARY: Manages day-to-day operations of the CUSO dealership. The position is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including sales, service, finance, marketing, and administration, while collaborating with the CUSO Board and other key stakeholders to achieve desired profitability targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Achieves designated sales goals for vehicle sales and other products and services. - Oversee all dealership functions including physical operations and security, sales and service, finance, marketing and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Develops and implements business strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and drive growth. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement and increased profitability. - Maintain a high standard of buyer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the sales and service process. - Manage inventory levels, digital presence, and online marketing platform to optimize product availability and minimize holding costs. - Ensure compliance with regulatory...
