The core purpose of this position is to serve as a strategic support partner to our top National Account Managers, relieving them of administrative burdens so they can maximize focus on account growth. Responsibilities involve cross-functional collaboration with National Account Coordinators, branch personnel, Territory Account Managers, and billing teams to achieve objectives and resolve complex operational challenges.
